More About Us

Born and raised in Boston to a Stockbroker father who had the bug for home renovating and a stay-at-home mom with a flair for all things design, Susan has a unique foundation and approach for guiding her real estate clients through the buying and selling process. Most of Susan’s childhood in the neighborhood of Charlestown was living through what seemed like endless home improvements in her family’s 1850’s brick townhouse on the historic Training Field. Not many eight-year-olds were adept at handling a scorching hot, paint stripping device, ready and willing to attack decades of encrusted paint. These “chores” taught her how to tackle the unexpected issues in the numerous homes she has owned and renovated over the years. This knowledge gave Susan critical experience which sprouted an ardent interest in home design and decorating expanding her business to opening a retail store which offered interesting home goods and gifts as well as a successful Interior Design service. Working with a few, forward thinking real estate agents in a staging capacity, when staging wasn’t a thing, catapulted Susan towards what was innate; selling real estate herself.  Upon graduating from college with a dual degree in Psychology and Health Care Administration, Susan pursued a career in Medical Sales. Her passion for biology and anatomy, but not having the “goods” to have a career in medicine steered her in the next best direction which was selling the products that helped restructure the human form.  Sales was knitted into her essence as a descendant of valiant entrepreneurial ancestors who emigrated to Boston from Europe to live the American Dream.

A bit of a dreamer and most assuredly a believer herself, Susan set her sights on what her true passion was; all things home. Raising two fabulous children, Noel and Isabelle, now young adults, in this fine city of Boston, Susan always knew that family, friends and neighbors were the essence of what truly makes a tight knit community thrive. Boston, like many other cities, went through many difficult times and growing pains but thankfully companies are continuing to invest, developing is robust and most importantly families are planting their roots which positively impacts family-friendly urban living.  The landscape of Boston is strong and has an exciting new face every day. Being a lifelong Bostonian and seeing this city’s radical changes, Susan knows she is where she belongs and is always excited for what the future holds.

A home is more than the walls that surround it and is defined very differently by many.  But the one constant, no matter how we envision a home to be, is feeling safe, content and settled. Susan’s design background and intimate knowledge in home renovation has given her a unique advantage with her real estate clients.  Her “one stop shop” philosophy has allowed her to amass a team of professionals to get the job from start to finish, no matter the size, done well and properly.  Susan’s perfect home is having family, friends, her Cocker Spaniel’s named Sailor and Crew and the backdrop of Boston in her sights. The neighborhoods have stories and history that will pass on with each and every homeowner. Susan will make certain that your home will be everything you hope it to be and maybe a little bit more.

More About Us

I have been specializing in residential real estate sales in all neighborhoods of Metropolitan Boston since March 2005. I speak English and Greek fluently, and I have a working knowledge of French. My active listening and strong interpersonal communication skills allow me to comprehend the information

related to a particular person or situation, and to respond thoughtfully and compassionately. I pride myself for seeking to determine the source of a problem or an issue, and quickly find an effective

and mutually beneficial solution. Having owned and managed my real estate company in Thessaloniki, Greece has allowed me to gain tremendous experience in team building and time management, and at the same time it has armed me with strong organizational, planning and decision-making skills.

Today's consumer requires real guidance in the buying and selling process that goes beyond experience. The latest tools, systems, platforms, and data capture make it easy for a consumer to get information from just about anywhere on the internet. While these sources are good for preliminary searches on where someone wants to live, a consumer needs a professional, such as myself, who knows how to "interpret," analyze and filter that data as it applies to the consumer's specific needs.

I feel that the art of good business lies in successfully bringing people together, be those buying, selling or renting residential properties in Metropolitan Boston. Offering to my Clients my expert advice, counseling and guidance, in an effort to help them meet their goals, has been a decision and a responsibility which I have been taking seriously since I started in 2005.

Abundance is everywhere. I believe that being proactive is far better than being reactive. Instead of consuming myself with the problem I choose to focus on the available solutions! What Sets You Apart?

To be able to develop a high level of differentiation, I have been focusing on becoming highly versed in as many areas - if not all - of my marketplace. I have made a conscious decision to go from being a "general" agent to becoming the hyperlocal expert who sets himself above the majority of real estate professionals who choose to be the "Jack of all trades, master of none" and "sell everywhere."
